从山西上市公司2006—2007年经营业绩看山西资本市场的发展

摘　　要：通过分析山西上市公司2006—2007年的经营业绩及与其他省份进行比较,发现山西资本市场在上市公司数量、直接融资总量规模、资本市场融资方式等方面存在的问题,并据此提出促进山西资本市场融资方面的建议。Through analyzing the Shanxi listed company＇s performance and comparing with the other provinces, the paper has discovered the existing problems of Shanxi capital market, including the quantity of listed company, the scale of diredct financing, the financing method of capital market, and put forward the suggestion of promoting the finance of Shanxi capital market.
