摘　　要：我国早年建造的现今已不能满足人们生活需要的多层住宅,通过扩建改造和适当的结构处理,用较少的资金即可扩大使用面积,又能提高房屋的安全性能。The muhistory residence buildings built years ago cant meet the needs of denizens nowadays. By adopting reconstruction and extension and appropriate structure treatment, the usable floor area can be enlarged and security of residence buildings is increased at a less cost.
