摘　　要：区域约束混凝土是在钢筋约束混凝土研究的基础上提出的一种新概念。区域约束混凝土改变了约束的机制,将传统的整体约束变为整体约束与区域约束相结合,它有效提高约束区域的混凝土强度及延性,提高轴压比的限值,使得区域约束混凝土具有与普通约束混凝土不同的受力特性及破坏特征。利用区域约束,在有效提高混凝土强度的同时,可以使构件的变形能力更强。Regional Confined Concrete, A newly developed concept based on the research of confined concrete. Combined the whole section confinement and the regional confinement, regional confined concrete changes the way of confinement which make the confinement more efficient by increasing the strength and improving the ductility of concrete, increasing limited values of axial compression ratio. Regional confined concrete has different mechanical property and failure mode compared with traditional confined concrete due to the change of confinement. With RCC, it is possible to make the element more ductile and make structure safer and promote the anti - seismic capacity.
