摘　　要：目的为临床美容、法医人类学、营养学及医疗保健提供形态学基础。方法测量250例湖南大学生的体重、身高等14项指标,计算出男女各项指标的均数和标准差,对其数据进行统计分析。结果体重、身高、髂嵴高、髂前上棘高、大转子高、会阴高、大腿长和臀膝长8项指标男性大于女性,盆深、臀宽和坐臀宽3项指标女性大于男性,差异均有显著性意义。结论各项形态学数据的建立为临床美容医学、医疗保健及营养评价标提供一定的参考。Objective To provide a morphological basis for clinical plastic, forensic anthropology, nutriology and medical care. Metlmds Fourteen items such as body weight and stature were measured on 250 undergraduates in Hunan Province and the data were statistically analyzed. Results The mean and the standard deviation of each item were calculated. There were very significant differences in eight items in which male is larger than female, such as body weight, stature, crista iliaca height, iliospinale anterior height, trochanterion height, crotch height, thigh length and buttock - knee length for sitting. However, differences in three items were significant of which female is larger than male, such as abdominal depth for sitting, maximum hip breadth and hip breadth for sitting. Condusion To some extent, the results are helpful for hip plastic and making public seats correctly.
