脉泰颗粒择时给药对胰岛素抵抗高脂模型家兔的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察脉泰颗粒择时给药对胰岛素抵抗(IR)高脂模型家兔的影响。方法:用高脂高糖饲料喂养家兔诱导产生IR,对造模后有关指标进行分析。结果:模型组与正常组比较,TG、TC、LDL-C、ApoB明显升高(P<0.01),ApoAI显著降低(P<0.01),HDL-C无明显变化。中药组与模型组比较,TG、TC、LDL-C、ApoB明显减少(P<0.01),ApoAI、HDL-C明显增加(P<0.01)。结论:高脂高糖饮食可造成家兔脂代谢紊乱,脉泰颗粒可有效调节血脂,减轻胰岛素抵抗,防止动脉粥样硬化形成,预防心脑血管疾病发生。Objetive： To observe the effect of maitai granules in treating rabbit model of insulin resistance timely . Method： Rabbits were fed by high fat and high glucose diet to bring about insulin resistance （IR） ,then analyzed the related indexes of models. Result： Comparison between the model group and the normal group indicated that：TG,TC,LDL- C,ApoB increased obviously（P 〈0.01） , contents of ApoAI depressed significantly（P 〈 0.01 ） , contents of HDL -C had no marked change. Comparison between the Chi- nese medicinal materials group and the model group showed that： TG,TC,LDL - C,ApoB decreased significantly （ P 〈 0.01 ）, ApoAI,HDL - C increased obviously （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： High fat and high glucose diet can result rabbits in lipid metabolic disorder, maitai granules can effectually＇accommodate blood -fat, abate insulin resistance, prevent atherogenesis, prophylaxis cardia - cerebrovascular disease.
