益肺止咳胶囊治疗复治排菌肺结核的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨益肺止咳胶囊对复治排菌肺结核的疗效。方法:128例患者随机分两组,对照组常规应用利福喷丁、力克肺疾、丙硫异烟胺抗结核治疗;治疗组在上述治疗基础上加用益肺止咳胶囊。结果:对两组患者治疗3个月、6个月后痰菌阴转率、胸片好转率、临床症状改善情况进行比较,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:益肺止咳胶囊是一种新的、有效的、安全的抗结核药物。Objective： To explore the curative effects of Yifeizhike capsule on secondary bacteria -discharge pulmonary tuberculosis. Method： 128 cases were randomly divided into the contrast group treated with Rifapentin, isoniazid aminosalicylate and prothionamide and the treatment group treated with Yifeizhike capsule in addition to the above - mentioned routine treatment. Result： Comparisons of the rates of negative transformation, the rates of improvement according to the X - ray detections and the improvement of clinical symptoms were made between the two groups three and six months later. There existed significant difference in the curative effects between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion： Yifeizhike capule have proved to be a new , safe and effective antituberculotic drug.
