摘  要:目的探讨生姜液对保护血小板而使血小板聚集率降低的作用及途径。方法应用比浊法,在生姜液的作用下,测定由二磷酸腺苷(ADP)、瑞斯特霉素(RIST)诱导血小板聚集率的变化。结果在生姜液的保护作用下,对照组和患病组(服用华法林者)的血小板聚集率明显降低,对照组下降9.63%±5.83%(P<0.01),患病组下降15.84%±9.06%(P<0.01)。同时,患病组的血小板聚集率下降明显,与对照组的下降率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。生姜液的浓度、保存时间是影响保护血小板作用大小的因素。生姜液的浓度越高、保存时间越短,其对血小板的保护作用越强。结论生姜液具有明显保护血小板、降低血小板聚集的作用。服用华法林的患病组血小板聚集率下降更加明显。Objective To investigate the effect and the way of zingiber fluid in protecting platelet from aggregatien. Methods The change of platelet aggregation rate induced by adenosine diphosphate (ADP) and ristocetin (RIST) with the influence of zingiber fluid was detected by turbidimetry assay. Results Under the protection of zingiber fluid, the platelet aggregation rate in control and disease group ( patients treated with warfarin) decreased 9.63 + 5.83 ( P 〈 0.01 ) and 15.84 ±9.06 ( P 〈 0.01 ) , respectively. The rate of disease group decreased more than that of control group ( P 〈 0.001 ). The effect of zingiber fluid could be influenced by its concentration and reservation time. The higher concentration and shorter reservation time were, the better its protection effect was. Conclusions Zingiber fluid can protect platelet from aggregation obviously. The platelet aggregation rate of disease group in which patients were treated with warfarin decreased more than other groups.
