白血病患者化疗后骨髓抑制的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨白血病患者化疗后骨髓抑制的护理方法。方法总结45例白血病化疗后出现骨髓抑制的护理过程。结果42例康复出院,3例并发感染性休克、出血、死亡,有效率93%。结论对化疗后骨髓抑制期患者,及时采取保护性隔离,做好心理及基础护理,联合抗感染、升白细胞药物的治疗,多数患者能安全、平稳的度过骨髓抑制期。Objective To explore nursing methods in the treatment of bone marrow depression caused by chemotherapy of leukemia. Methods The process and course of nursing care were summarized in the treatment of 45 patients with bone marrow depression caused by chemotherapy of leukemia. Results 42 patients recovered and were discharged, 3 patients died from complications of infectious shock and bleeding. The effective rate was 93 %. Condusion Most of patients can pass the course of bone marrow depression safely and smoothly as long as the measures such as protective isolation, psycho - nursing and basic nursing were taken promptly combined with medicine for anti - infection and leukogenic drugs.
