摘　　要：林珮琴《类证治裁》一书,共载医案480余例,其医案尊崇经典,师古不泥;精于辨证,机圆法活;广采博取,融会贯通;择时给药,巧思妙构;立法遣药,别具特色。Lin Peiqin＇s Classified Treatment recorded over 480 cases all together. He revered the classical works but didn＇t stick to them. He was good at syndrome differentiation and flexible therapeutic methods . He gained a wide knowledge and a thorough understanding through mastery of all relevant materials. His thonght of taking drug in selected time was in genius, and his way to use drugs had a distinctive style.
