摘　　要：建筑是我国目前用能增长最快的领域之一,建筑节能是"十一五"计划节能的重点领域。机车车辆研究所新办公楼设计、建设之时,积极引进智能楼宇自控系统,有效地提高了办公楼基础设施使用效率,节约了物业管理维护人员配备,并通过对中央空调等能耗大项的智能控制,有效地降低建筑能耗。Construction is the fastest growing area of current energy, the building energy economization is important field of “11 th Five - Year Plan” . In LCRI new office building designing and constructing, introduce BAS actively, improve the using efficiency of office building basic device, make the building easy maintenance management, and reduce the building energy consumption effectively through the intelligent control such as central air- condition.
