摘 要:制备了聚铬黑T修饰玻碳电极,研究了多巴胺(DA)在该修饰电极上的电化学行为。实验结果表明,在pH4.0磷酸缓冲溶液中,聚铬黑T薄膜对多巴胺的电化学氧化具有明显的催化作用。此外,实验中观察到铬黑T膜能分离检测DA、抗坏血酸(AA)和尿酸(UA)三者的电化响应,DA与AA和UA之间的电位差达到210mV和170mV。利用差示脉冲伏安法(DPV)测定DA,其线性范围为0.1~200μmol/L,检出限为0.02μmol/L。该法已成功用于DA注射剂的含量分析,结果令人满意。A poly (erochrome black T) film was prepared originally via depositing electrochemically calconcarboxylic acid (EBT) on a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) by cyclic voltammetry (CV). The characteristics of poly (EBT) membrane on GCE were studied by CV in pH 4. 0 phosphate buffer solution. The polymer appeared excellent electrocatalytic activity to the oxidation of dopamine and could be used to separately detect dopamine (DA) in the presence of ascorbic acid (AA) and uric acid (UA). Separations of the oxidation peak potentials of DA-AA and UA-AA were 210 mV and 170 mV, respectively. Using differential pulse voltammetry (DPV), the peak current of DA was linearly dependent on their concentrations in the range of 0.1-200 μmol/L. Interference was hardly produced for the simultaneous determination of DA by the coexisting AA or UA. Due to its good selectivity and robustness, the poly (EBT) film modified GCE was used for the determination of DA in pharmaceutical injections with satisfactory results.
