摘　　要：目的:研究蜜炙黄芪的化学成分。方法:采用大孔吸附树脂柱色谱、硅胶柱色谱、制备薄层色谱、重结晶、凝胶柱色谱等手段,从蜜炙黄芪的70%乙醇提取物中分离得到5个化合物,利用理化性质和波谱学分析,鉴定它们的化学结构。结果与结论:分离鉴定了5个黄酮类化合物,分别为芳香膜菊素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1),毛蕊异黄酮-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2),毛蕊异黄酮(3),芒柄花苷(4),2′-羟基-3′,4′-二甲氧基异黄烷-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)。Objective： To study the chemical constituents of processed Astragalus. Methods： Five compounds from the 70% ethanol extracts were isolated by macroporous resin, silica gel, preparative TLC, recryst, sephadex LH - 20, etc, and their structures were identified by the spectral analysis and chemical evidence. Results and conclusion： Five compounds were isolated and identified as odoratin - 7 - O -β - D - glucoside （ 1 ）, calycosin - 7 - O -β - D - glucoside （2）, Calycosin （ 3 ）, ononin （4）, 2＇ - dihydroxy - 3＇, 4＇ - dimethoxy - isoflavane - 7 - O -β - D - glucoside （5） .
