摘  要:通过对高压开关壳体用低温钢16MnDR+16MnDR和6MnDR+1Cr18Ni9手弧焊的焊接性能研究,获得了这两种接头形式的焊接材料和焊接规范,并成功地应用到实际焊接结构生产中.另外对这两种接头形式的焊缝金属成分和组织以及抗裂性能进行了研究.Sometimes the shells of high voltage switches were made of low temperature resistant steel, such as 16MnDR + 16MnDR or 16MnDR + 1Cr 18 Ni 9. In this paper, the weldability of these steels under the manual arc welding condition is studied. The welding consumables and technology suitable for these joints were developed, and they are successfully used in the actual production. In addition, the ocmposition, microstructure and cracking resistant ability of these joints were researched as well.
