摘 要:水稻杂种的不育性是一个复杂的现象。20年来,本实验室一直从事水稻杂种不育性的遗传研究,共鉴定出6个F1花粉不育基因座位,或称特异亲和基因座位,其中的5个基因座,S-a、S-b、S-c、S-d和S-e已完成分子定位,这些基因座的基因模式为"单基因座孢子体-配子体互作"模式。在此基础上,提出了通过培育"粳型亲籼系"来克服水稻籼粳亚种间杂种不育性的设想,利用特异亲和基因人为创建了"粳型亲籼系"的水稻新种质,并建立了粳型亲籼系分子育种的技术体系。利用粳型亲籼系克服了水稻籼粳亚种间的杂种不育性,为水稻籼粳亚种间杂种优势利用开辟了新的途径。Hybrid sterility in rice is a complex phenomenon. In the past twenty years, we have been working on the genetic studies on hybrid sterility in rice. Six F1 pollen sterility genes, or specific compatibility genes, were identified. Among them, five loci, S-a, S-b, S-c, S-d and S-e were mapped by the use of molecular markers. The genic model was confirmed to be'one-lo- cus sporo-gametophytic interaction'. Furthermore, we proposed the idea that the hybrid sterility between indica and japonica in rice could be overcome by development of lndica-compatibilitic Japonica line. Some of the lndica-eompatibilitic Japonica lines have been developed through molecular marker-assisted selection for the specific compatibility genes. The lndica-compatibilitic Japonica line would be a powerful tool for overcoming of the Indica-Japonica hybrid sterility and for utilization of the heterosis of F1 hybrids between indica and Japonica in rice.
