摘  要:选择具有不同株型特征的3个不育系和15个恢复系,采用NCⅡ交配设计分析水稻上3叶叶长等15个叶片形态性状的配合力。试验结果表明:倒2叶叶宽、剑叶叶宽等12个性状均以基因加性效应为主,而倒1~2叶叶枕距、剑叶披垂角和剑叶比叶重等3个性状以基因的非加性效应为主。多数叶片形态性状受恢复系的影响更大,其中以剑叶叶长、叶宽和剑叶面积以及倒2叶叶长等4个性状最为突出;倒2~3叶叶枕距则受不育系的影响更大;剑叶披垂角等性状以不育系与恢复系互作效应为主。就塑造杂交稻理想叶型而言,培矮64S为最佳不育系,热研1号为最好的恢复系,其次是密阳23、三不吃、9311等,以这些材料为亲本容易配制超级杂交稻理想株型模式所要求的叶片形态。The combining ability of 15 leaf morphological characters in two-line indica hybrid rice were synthetically analyzed based on pxq incomplete diallele cross (NC Ⅱ) design by using three PTGMS lines and 15 restorer lines .Results showed that: (1)the additive variation was principal in 12 leaf morphological characters such as second leaf width and flag leaf width;the nonadditive variation was principal in distance between flag leaf and second leaf, flag leaf droopy angle as well as specific leaf weight.(2) Most leaf morphological characters were more influenced by paternal parent than by maternal paerent, and flag leaf lenth, width, area and second leaf lenth were most influenced by paternal parent; distance between second leaf and third leaf was much more influenced by maternal paerent;flag leaf droopy angle was more influenced by the interaction between TGMS line and restorer. (3) TGMS line Pei, ei64S and restorers Reyan 1, Miyang 23, Sanbuchi, 9311 were the best parents on ideal leaf morphological characters for model plant-type in super hybrid rice.
