摘  要:介绍了基因工程菌的构建方法及其在重金属及难降解废水中的应用现状,探讨了处理过程中的影响因素,并简要阐述了在构建和应用菌种中所存在的问题。With the high-speed development of social economy, the limitations of degrading heavy metal and refractory water with traditional biological treatment have become more and more obvious. Treating this sort of wastewater with genetically engineered strains instead of general microorganism can lead to high applicability and treatment efficiency. This paper introduced the construction methods and the application of genetically engineered strains to the heavy metal and refractory wastewater treatment. Influencing factors in the treatment and problems in construction and application were also discussed.
