摘　　要：在纤维素-三(3,5-二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)(Chiralcel OD-H)手性色谱柱上反相条件下拆分了硒代缩水甘油醚和硫代缩水甘油醚手性化合物,大多数化合物获得了基线分离(Rs>1.5)。同时讨论了反相条件下流动相的组成、溶质的结构对拆分的影响。Glycerin selenide and glycerin sulfide were separated on chiralcel OD-H （ cellulose tris （ 3, 5-dimethylphenyl-carbamate） ） column under the reversed-phase condition. Baseline separation（ Rs 〉 1.5） was readily obtained for most of the compounds, the influences of the mobile phase composition and the structures of solute under the reversed-phaso condition were discussed.
