摘  要:建立了测定牙周康胶囊中甲硝唑和芬布芬含量的方法。采用联立方程组新解法不经提取分离直接测定两组分的含量,测定波长λ1=281.0nm,λ2=311.0nm。甲硝唑线性范围为5.386~25.86μg/mL,r=0.9993,芬布芬线性范围为5.487~19.75μg/mL,r=0.9990。甲硝唑和芬布芬的平均回收率和相对标准偏差分别为101.2%、0.58%和100.8%、0.67%。该方法简便、快速、重现性好,可消除两组分的相互干扰,结果满意,可用于牙周康胶囊的质量控制。To establish a method for determining the contents of metronidazole and fenbufen in yazhoukang capsule, a new solution of simultaneous equation spectrophotometry was applied for the direct determination of metronidazole and fenbufen in yazhoukang capsule without any preliminary separation. The detection wavelengths were set at 281.0 nm(λ1) and 311.0 nm(λ2) .The linear range of metronidazole measured covered 5. 386 - 25.86μg/mL ( r = 0. 999 5 ), The linear range of fenbufen measured covered 5.487 - 19.75 μg/mL( r =0.999 6) .The recoveries and relative standard deviations of metronidazole and fenbufen were 101.2%, 0.58% and 100.8%, 0.67%, respectively. The method was simple, rapid and reproducible. The interference of two components on each other might be eliminated and the results were sat, isfactory, and it could be used for quality control over yazhoukang capsule.
