摘  要:研究了光照强度、温度等生态因子对黄缘闭壳龟基本生命的影响,结果表明:光照强度低于400lx时,黄缘闭壳龟可进行正常的活动与摄食,随着光照强度的增加,巢外活动逐渐减少;光照强度超过4500lx时,各种活动基本停止.光照强度对黄缘闭壳龟的日摄食量和相对增重率影响显著,随着光照强度的减弱。黄缘闭壳的日摄食量逐渐增加,生长速度加快.黄缘闭壳龟对温度变化极为敏感,温度为26~31℃时,活动量大,摄食旺盛,低于25℃或高于32℃时,活动量小,温度低于18℃或高于33℃时,基本不活动.温度下降至12℃以下时进入冬眠期.Some ecological factors was studied, such as light-intensity, the temperature , on the basic life activity of the Cistoclemmysflavomarginata gray. Our results showed that:when light-intensity was lower than 400 Ix, the activating and daily feeding of Cistoclemmys flavomarginata gray was as much as usual. With the enhancement of the Light-intensity, its outside activity were reduces gradually,when the Light-intensity was went beyond the limites of 4 500 Ix, its activities stopped basically, Light intensity have a significant impact to the Cistoclemmys flavomarginata gray of daily feeding amoune and body weight increase. Along with the gradual weakening of light intensity, the Cistoclemrays flavomarginata gray food consumption gradually increased, the growth speed. Cistoclemmys flavomarginata gray are extremely sensitive to temperature changes,when the temperature is 26 -31 ℃, The Cistoclemmys flavomarginata gray have the volume of the activities and strong appetite. When temperature was lower than 25 ℃ or higher than 32 ℃ ,its activities reduced obviously, when the temperature was lower than 18 ℃ or higher than 33 ℃, its activities basically stopped, Temperature dropped to below 12 ℃ its into hibernation
