摘 要:利用动态力学分析技术,通过实验研究了8种胶料的滚动阻力、湿抓着性能。实验结果表明:在改变白炭黑用量时,以白炭黑15份得到高湿抓着性能和低滚动阻力。在改变白炭黑/Si69用量时,以白炭黑/Si69为20/4得到较大的湿抓着性能和较小的滚动阻力。加入偶联剂Si69改性白炭黑的全钢基部胶的滚动阻力明显小于只加入白炭黑的全钢基部胶滚动阻力。The tire compound by experiment was performed to study the rolling loss using Dynamic Mechanics Analysis(DMA)technique. and wet skid of eight kinds of The results showed that the compound filled with silica (15phr)had high wet skid and low rolling risistance. When the compound filled with silica and silane coupling Si69 (20/4)had higher wet skid and lower rolling risistanee. The effect of the dispersity was improved and the property of the compound was improved greatly, and the rolling risistanee of the compound filled with silica counting coupling S169 was obviously better than that of silica alone.
