摘  要:以氨水为吸收剂,在撞击流气液反应器中进行了燃煤烟气脱硫实验。考察了吸收液体积(L)与SO_2体积(m^3)之比(液气比)、烟气中SO_2浓度、烟气流速和氨与硫摩尔比对脱硫率的影响。在液气比为0.52 L/m^3、氨与硫摩尔比为1.3、烟气流速为6.3 m/s、烟气中SO_2质量浓度为2 800 mg/m^3时,脱硫率达96.08%;建立了液气比、烟气中SO_2质量浓度、烟气流速和氨与硫摩尔比与脱硫率的数学关系式。The experiments for desulfurization of flue gas were carried out in an impinging stream gas -liquid reactor using ammonia as absorbent. The affecting factors on desulphurization rate were studied, such as the volume ratio of absorbent (L) to SO2 ( m^3 ) ( the ratio of liquid to gas), the mass concentration of SO2 in flue gas, the flue gas velocity, and n(ammonia) : n(sulfur). When the ratio of liquid to gas is 0.52 L/m^3 , n(ammonia): n(sulfur) is 1.3, the flue gas velocity is 6.3 m/s, and the SO2 mass concentration is 2 800 mg/m^3, the desulphurization rate can reach 96.08%. And a mathematical relationship describing the affecting factors above was established.
