摘  要:采用流动注射在线富集分光光度法测定水样中痕量Cr(Ⅵ),考察了流路条件、显色条件和共存离子的影响。在H_2SO_4浓度为1.2 mol/L、2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基酚溶液质量浓度为1.75g/L的条件下,试样富集4 min,测定Cr(Ⅵ)的线性范围为0.01~0.60 mg/L,检出限为3μg/L。连续10次测定质量浓度为0.20 mg/L的Cr(Ⅵ)标准溶液相对标准偏差为0.4%。方法可应用于河水和工业废水中痕量Cr(Ⅵ)的测定,加标回收率为93.3%~106.4%。Trace Cr( Ⅵ ) in water was determined by spectrophotometry with flow injection and online preconcentration. The effects of flow conditions, chromogenic conditions and coexisting ions were investigated. When the concentration of H2 SO4 is 1.2 mol/L, the mass concentration of 2-(5 -bromo- 2-pyridinglazo)-5-diethylamino phenol is 1.75 g/L and the preconcentration time is 4 min, the linear range for determination of Cr ( Ⅵ ) is 0.01 - 0.60 mg/L with the detection limit of 3μg/L. The relative standard deviation (RSD) based on 10 replicate determinations of 0.20 mg/L Cr(Ⅵ) is 0.4%. The developed method can be applied to determine trace Cr (Ⅵ) in environmental water and industrial wastewater with the recoveries of standard addition varied from 93.3% to 106 4%
