摘 要:采用完全随机试验设计和温室盆栽试验方法,研究了Cd单一及其与Pb复合胁迫对银杏叶抗氧化保护酶活性的影响。结果表明,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性在胁迫30 d后明显上升,且随胁迫浓度的增大而升高,至82 d时达到最大值后下降;过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性则在胁迫50 d后显著上升,82 d时达到最大值,总的变化趋势也表现为先应激性上升后明显下降的动态过程;过氧化物酶(POD)活性均高于对照。Cd、Pb间的交互相效应对SOD、POD和CAT等抗氧化酶活性的影响规律性不明显,在一定程度上表现出协同或拮抗效应。在重金属胁迫下,银杏可能通过抗氧化保护酶系统等生理防卫机制表现出较强的耐性。Effects of single Cd stress and compound stress with Pb on antioxidant enzymes activities of Ginkgo leaves were studied to manifest the resistance characters in a pot under greenhouse conditions. The results showed that with the increase of treatment concentration, the activitiy of SOD began to increase significantly after 30 days of exposure, and reached its peak value on the 824 day and then declined. But the activiy of CAT began to increase quickly after 50 days of exposure, and declind obviously like the activ- itiy of SOD. The activitiy of POD was higher than that of control. The interaction of cadmium and lead combined stress on SOD, CAT, and POD activities of Ginkgo leaves showed synergistic or antagonistic effects in a certain stress level. Ginkgo could manifest the high resistance to single CA single and Pb compound stress by the mechanisms of antioxidant enzymes defense.
