摘　　要：茶叶产业是陕南山区农村经济的重要支柱产业和农民增收的重要门路。在世界经济一体化的新形势下,陕西茶产业要持续健康的发展,就必须努力推进产业化经营。从陕西茶业产业化经营的有利因素和制约因素分析,陕西茶业产业化经营从策略上必须积极推进茶园良种化和无公害化;培植壮大龙头企业推进产业化经营;整合茶叶品牌资源创建名优品牌产品;进一步优化茶产业组织结构。Tea industry is the important sector of increasing the farmers′ income and a pillar industry of rural economics in mountaineous areas in southern of Shaanxi Province.In the situation of world economic integration,industrialized management should be adopted for the sustainable development of tea industry in Shaanxi.The article analyzed the positive factors and confinement factors of industrialization management of Shaanxi tea industry,and gave four suggestions to exvend imporoved variety and organic cultivation;to fastor leading corporations to integvate brand resources and to create famous brand;to optimize organizations of tea industry.
