摘  要:目的探讨预测肥胖儿童动脉粥样硬化危险性的方法。方法筛选60例中重度单纯性肥胖儿童(肥胖组)进行血糖、血脂及血流变等指标检测,选择年龄、性别等匹配的60例儿童作为对照组。结果与对照组比较,肥胖组TC、TG、LDL、apoB、OX-LDL、动脉粥样硬化指数(AI)及血黏度显著升高,HDL、apoA1显著下降,红细胞聚集能力增加,纤维蛋白原增多;体质量指数(BM I)与TC、TG、LDL、全血黏度(高切、中切)和红细胞电泳时间呈显著正相关,与HDL呈负相关。结论中重度单纯性肥胖儿童存在明显的脂质代谢紊乱,其发生动脉粥样硬化的危险性增加,可通过测定BM I对肥胖儿童的动脉粥样硬化危险性进行预测。[ Objective] To research the relationship between BMI( body mass index) ,hemorheology and serum lipids in simple obese children. [ Methods ] Serum lipids, blood sugar, apolipoprotein, oxidized low-density lipoprotein ( OXLDL) and blood viscosity were detected in 60 simple obese children. [ Results] The total cholesterol (Tch), triglycerides (TG) ,low density lipoprotein ( LDL), apoprotein B (APOB) and OX-LDL increased and high density lipoprotein (HDL), apoprotein A1 ( APOA1 ) decreased significantly in the obese children. In obese children, blood viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation and fibrinogen were higher than those in normal control. [ Conclusion ] BMI is positively correlated with Tch, TG, LDL, blood viscosity and negatively with HDL. Abnormal metabolism of lipids existe in obese children and would improve the risk of atherosclerosis.
