摘  要:目的为单纯性肥胖儿童内皮功能障碍的早期预测提供依据。方法选择学龄期单纯性肥胖儿童(肥胖组)及健康查体儿童(对照组)各30例,专人测定血压及肥胖相关体格指标,测定血清一氧化氮(NO)和一氧化氮活力(NOS)及血浆内皮素(ET)、血管假血友病因子(vWF),超声检测增加血流介导的血管舒张幅度(FMD),流式细胞仪检测循环内皮细胞(CEC)。结果肥胖组皮褶厚度、腰臀比(WHR)、体质量指数(BMI)、ET、vWF、CEC显著高于对照组,而NO、NOS、FMD则显著低于对照组。结论单纯性肥胖儿童同时存在血管内皮舒缩、凝血功能障碍及内皮组织学损伤;上述相关指标可作为早期预测指标。[ Objective] In order to provide early predicting indexes for clinical study of vascular endothelial dysfunc tion, we observed the vascular endothelial dysfunction and histological impairment in simple obese children. [ Methods ] Thirty simple obesity children in school age and thirty healthy children were enrolled in the study. Blood pressure and an thropometric index were measured. Parameters such as body mass index (BMI), waist-to-hip-ratio (WHR) were calculated. Serum nitrogen monoxidum (NO), plasma endotbelin (ET), plasma yon WilUebrand Factor (vWF) were determined. Flow-mediated dilation (FMD) was detected by ultrasound Doppler. Circulating endothelial ceils (CEC) was detected by flow cytometry. [ Results] In obese children, the levels of skin-fold thickness, WHR, BMI, ET, vWF, CEC increased compared with those of healthy children (P 〈 0.05 ), but the levels of NO, NOS, FMD decreased. [ Conclusions] Dysfunction of vascular endothelial dilation, coagulation and histological impairment exists simultaneously in simple obese children.
