摘  要:目的探讨狼疮性肾炎(LN)患者血浆及肾组织巨噬细胞衍生趋化因子(MDC)的表达,进一步了解LN的分子病理机制。方法应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)和免疫组化ABC技术检测15例LN患者血浆MDC水平及其在肾组织的表达、定位和分布。结果LN患者血浆MDC水平较正常对照组明显增高;LN患者肾小球及肾小管间质区MDC表达较对照组增高,肾小管间质区表达更为明显。结论MDC可能参与了LN分子病理机制。[ Objective] To study the expression of macrophage-derived chemokine (MDC) in plasma and renal tissue and to elucidate the molecular pathogenesis of lupus nephritis. [ Methods ] Plasma levels of MDC in patients with lupus nephritis and in normal control group were examined by ELISA. Tissue levels of MDC in patients with lupus nephritis and in control group were examined by immunohistochemistry ABC technique in renal tissue. [ Result] Plasma levels of MDC in patients with lupus nephritis were significantly higher than that in control group; MDC expressions in glomerulus and tubulointerstitial zone in patients with lupus nephritis were higher than that in control group, and MDC expression in tubulointerstitial zone was much stronger. [ Conclusion ] MDC may play an important role in the molecular pathogenesis of lupus ne phritis.
