摘 要:目的探讨依达拉奉对急性颅脑损伤(ACI)患者开颅手术后血浆内皮素(ET)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)水平和血清超氧化物歧化物酶(SOD)活力的影响。方法40例ACI患者随机分为依达拉奉组和对照组,以放射免疫分析方法测定手术前后血浆ET、CGRP水平,采用黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定血清SOD活力,另选40例健康献血者作为正常组。结果与正常组比较,ACI患者术前血浆ET水平明显升高,SOD活力下降(P<0.01);开颅手术后120 min ACI患者ET显著升高(P<0.01),CGRP、SOD活力显著降低(P<0.05)。依达拉奉组治疗后30min,血浆ET明显降低(P<0.01),CGRP、SOD活力较治疗前明显升高(P<0.01)。结论临床治疗剂量的依达拉奉可明显提高ACI患者体内CGRP水平及SOD活力,降低ET水平而具有脑保护作用。[ Objective ] To study the effect of edaravone on the plasma endothelin (ET), calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) and serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) in patients with acute cerebral injury (ACI) who were underwent craniotomy. [ Methods ] 40 patients were divided into the edaravone group and the contral group randomly. Plasma ET, CGRP were determined by radioimmunoassay method and serum SOD were determined by xanthine oxidase method. And another 40 healthy blood donors were normal group. [ Results] ET was significantly increased before neurosurgery in patients with ACI compared to normal group ( P 〈 0.01 ). SOD was significantly decreased ( P 〈 0.01 ). 120 minutes after craniotomy, ET was significantly increased (P 〈0.01 ), CGRP and SOD was significandy decreased in patients with ACI (P 〈 0.05 ). 30 minutes after treatment with edaravone, SOD and CGRP were significandy increased ( P 〈 0.01 ) and the ET was significantly decreased (P 〈 0.01 ). [ Conclusion] Therapeutic dose of edaravone may markedly increase SOD and CGRP in vivo, and also antagonistic effect on the content of ET, and it may be effective for treatment in acute cerebral injury.
