Bricasol气雾剂治疗支气管哮喘临床及即时肺功能研究

摘　　要：目的：研究应用Bricasol气雾剂前后肺功能的改善情况及治疗效果。方法：选择支气管哮喘发作期患者共32例，其中男16例，女16例，分男、女两组观察。患者到实验室后先休息10-15min，然后吸入Bricasol气雾剂共两喷，间隔半分钟，剂量共0．5mg，观察治疗前和治疗后1min、5min、15min的肺功能变化。结果：男、女两组吸药后1min、5min、15minFEVlln均值；V75吸药后5min、15min均值；PEFR女吸药后1min、5min、15min、男吸药后5min、15min均值；FVC女吸药后1min、5min、15min均值均较吸药前明显增加或极明显增加。所有观察对象均于吸药后5min憋喘症状明显减轻，听诊哮呜音减少，15min憋喘症状改善最为明显。结论：吸入Bricasol气雾剂后，支气管哮喘患者肺功能明显改善，显效迅速，疗效好，是较理想的支气管舒张剂。Objective ：To study therapeutic efficacy and change of pulmonary function of the treatment for bronchial asthma with Bricasol aerosol. Methods ：There were 32 patients in periods of onset of bronchial asthma. 16 were male, the rest 16 were female. Patient breathed in two spray of Brica- sol aerosol（O. 5 nag）after taken a rest of 10 to 15 minutes,each spray had a interval ofO. 5 minute. Then to observe the change of pulmonary function of pre -treatment and 1 minute and 5 minutes and 15 minutes post -treatment. Results ：The FEVL0 of 1 minute ,5 minutes, 15 minutes post -treat- ment and VTs of 5 minutes, 15 minutes post- treatment increased significant than that pre- treatment of the male and female groups. The PEFR of 1 minute ,5 minutes, 15 minutes post -treatment of female group and 5 minutes ,15 minutes post -treatment of male group increased significant than that pre - treatment. The FVC of 1 minute ,5 minutes, 15 minutes post - treatment of female group increased significant than that pre - treatment. The symp- tom of wheeze of all the patients had significant relieve, and the wheezing rale decreased significant with stethoscopy. The symptom of wheeze got the most relieve at 15 minutes post -treatment. Conclusion：The pulmonary function of patient with bronchial asthma increased significant after treatment with Bricasol aerosol. The therapeutic efficacy is good and rapid. The Bricasol aerosol is the ideal bronchodilators.
