摘　　要：目的：总结重症肌无力危象救治经验，提高其抢救成功率。方法：回顾性分析8例重症肌无力危象救治措施及效果。结果：8例患者经积极救治后，其中有7例患者好转出院，有1例患者死于肺部感染。结论：危象发生时须争分夺秒进行抢救，保持呼吸道通畅、维持呼吸循环功能，采取有效的各种护理措施防治肺部感染、密切观察病情的变化、帮助病人树立起战胜疾病的信心等，是提高抢救成功率、减少病死率的关键。Objective：To explore the rescure and nursing of myasthenia gravis crisis to improve the cure rate. Methods：Clinical data of 8 cases of myasthenia gravis crisis were restrospectively investigated in our hospital. Results：In the 8 cases, the survivals were 7 cases （the success rate was 87.5% ）,and 1 case was died from lung infection. Condusion：Myasthenia gravis crisis should be followed emergency rescure procedure：airway, breathing and circulation. Nursing should pay attention to these aspect：intencive observation, rebuilding the patience＇ s confidence and avoid lung infection. It can effectively improve the success rate through correct and timely rescure and nursing.
