摘  要:目的研究生态水、活化水、碱性离子水、纯水4种新型饮水对小鼠抗疲劳和学习记忆机能的影响。方法120只昆明小鼠分为4组,分别饮4种新型饮水。3个月后进行雌雄交配繁殖,各组均得到子代小鼠,继续饮用与亲代小鼠同样的新型饮水。子代小鼠生长至20周龄时,对雌性子代小鼠进行负重游泳实验,并测定血清尿素氮含量;同时进行子代雄性小鼠避暗箱实验。2个实验分别用于测定子代小鼠的抗疲劳和学习记忆机能。结果活化水、碱性离子水组小鼠的游泳时间明显长于纯水组,其中碱性离子水组小鼠游泳后血清尿素氮水平明显低于纯水组;各组之间小鼠的学习记忆机能差异无统计学意义。结论碱性离子水对子代小鼠有一定的抗疲劳作用,但新型饮水对子代小鼠学习记忆机能无明显影响。Objective To study new type drinking water of four kinds of ecological water, activate water, alkaline ion water and pure water effect on mice function of anti - fatigue and learning memory. Methods 120 Kunming mice were divided into four groups which drink this new type water. To breed intercourse male and female mouse after 3 experimental months and to get more filial generation mice that drink the same new type drinking water, After 20 experimental weeks, the female filial generation mice were used for caring on the heavy swimming experiment, and to measure the serum urea nitrogen content; the male filial generation mice were used for avoiding dark box experiment at the same time, so that it measure mice anti - fatigue and learning memory function respectively, Results The mice swimming time in activate water and alkaline ion water groups were longer than pure water group, and the mice serum urea nitrogen content in alkaline ion water group was lower than pure water group. Although learning memory function did not show the obvious difference among groups. Conclu- sion Alkaline ion water has some anti - fatigue function for filial generation mice, but it has no obvious influence on mice learning memory function from new type drinking water.
