摘  要:以玉米‘郑单958’种子为试验材料研究外源水杨酸(salicylic acid,SA)和一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)供体硝普钠(sodium nitroprusside,SNP)对玉米种子萌发及淀粉酶活性的影响。结果表明:0.1mmol.L-1SA和不同浓度SNP(0.001、0.01、0.1、1.0mmol.L-1)均能有效促进玉米种子萌发。SA能显著提高α-淀粉酶和β-淀粉酶的活性;SNP对β-淀粉酶活性有显著的促进作用,但对α-淀粉酶的作用甚微。最佳浓度SA和SNP(均为0.1mmol.L-1)共处理后其促进种子萌发的效应比单独处理更加显著,说明两者之间存在协同作用。Maize seed ' ZhengDan 958' as materials, the effects of exogenous salicylic acid (SA) and sodium nitroprusside (SNP, an exogenous nitrie oxide donor) on seed germination and the activity of amylase were investigated. The results showed that the germination of maize seed was promoted after treatment with 0. 1 mmol ·L^-1 SA and different coneentration of SNP (0. 001,0. 01,0. 1, 1.0 mmol·L^-1 ). However the effect mechanism of SA and SNP had some differenee. SA possessed the same promotion of ct - amylase and 13 - amylase, but SNP evidently increased the activity of 13 - amylase, the effect of α- amylase was weak. In addition, the promotion of treatment with both 0. 1 mmol·L^-1 SA and 0. 1 mmol ·L^-1 SNP was more obvious than treatment with single SA or SNP. The results indicated that treatment with both SA and SNP were in possession of synergism in the germination of maize seed.
