香料烟结晶细胞的发育规律及环境条件影响研究

摘　　要：香料烟叶结晶细胞最早可在叶长1 cm左右时产生,发生于从下表皮往上数第3层细胞处,叶长2-4 cm左右时,结晶细胞含量迅速增加,之后随着叶长增加其含量逐渐下降,并处于栅栏组织和海绵组织之间,呈不连续的条带状。结晶细胞随着叶片的生长逐渐增大,成熟的叶片有一些结晶细胞破裂,结晶颗粒散出。结晶细胞在香料烟根、茎、叶中均有分布,以叶中较多,并随叶位的升高含量增加。新疆碱性土壤下生长的香料烟叶中结晶细胞的含量稍高于云南酸性土壤生长的香料烟。雨水较少年份结晶细胞含量较高。灌水对香料烟叶片结晶细胞含量有明显的影响,不灌水处理叶片结晶细胞含量较高,灌水越多,结晶细胞含量越低。The development and distribution of crystal idioblasts were studied. The primary crystal idioblasts formed from the third layer cell above under - epidermis of lcentimetre leaf,The density of crystal idioblasts quickly increased when the leaves was2 -4 centimetre,consequently decregsed during the growth of leaves and lay between palisade tissue and spongy tissue. The crystal idioblasts grandully grew , some ruptured with the scattered crystals in the mature leaves. The crystal idioblasts distributed in the roots, stem and leaves , specially more in the upper leaves. The content of crystal idioblasts was influenced by natural conditions and cultural practices, There were higher content of crystal idioblasts in the leaves of orient tobacco grown in Xinjiang than that of Yunan because the soil of Xinjiang belonged to alkalinity as opposed to in Yunnan. The content of crystal idioblasts of leaves appeared higher in little - raining year. Irrigation had an obvious effect on the content of crystal idioblasts of leaves. The content of crystal idioblasts of leaves was higher under no irrigation and decreased with the increasing of irrigation frequency.
