摘　　要：在温室盆栽条件下研究AM真菌对黄瓜生长及枯萎病发生的影响,结果表明:AM真菌能促进黄瓜植株的生长;接种AM真菌后能减少枯萎病菌在植株根系及根围土壤中的数量,抑制镰刀菌的侵染,降低黄瓜枯萎病菌的发病率和病情指数。在感病品种上的应用效果好于抗病品种。Effect of Arbuscule mycorrhizal fungi on growth and Fusarium wilt of cucumber was investigated in the greenhouse. Resuhs showed that inoculating with AM could increase seedling growth significantly reduced the pathogen propagnla in roots and the rhizosphere soil, as well as root infection percentage and disease incidence and disease index. Controlling effects of the disease on high susceptible cuhivars was greater than those on high resistane cuhivars.
