摘  要:液体肥料的发展前景广阔。液体肥料施用装置的研究成为当务之急。液体肥料在施用过程中流量均匀度又是一个很重要的因素。因此本文运用液体肥料施用装置试验台对喷头流量影响因素作了三因素二次回归正交旋转试验,通过对试验数据的处理和分析,得出了液体肥料的浓度、电机转速及喷头口直径大小对喷头流量的影响规律及主次关系,即三者对喷头流量的影响由大到小为电机转速、喷头口直径、液体肥料的浓度。The development of the liquid fertilizer has a bright future. The research of using the device of liquid fertilizer becomes task of top priority, It is a very important factor that the liquid fertilizer is using the midstream amount of course. So this text use liquid fertilizer use device experimental platform make three factor return 2 times pay the rotatory test to shower nozzle flow influence factor, and analyse through the treatment to test data, have drawn the density , rotational speed and the law of all kinds of impact on flow of the shower nozzle of diameter of shower nozzle mouth and relation between primary and secondary of electrical machinery of the liquid fertilizer , namely the impact on flow of the shower nozzle of three is from great to small for the rotational speed of the electrical machinery , diameter once of the shower nozzle , density of the liquid fertilizer.
