摘　　要：根据科学发展观的要求,从破解资源环境瓶颈入手,分析了平顶山市建设用地利用现状、存在问题、在构建建设用地集约利用评价指标体系的基础上,采用多因素综合分析等方法评价平顶山市土地集约利用水平、集约利用发展趋势,并结合城市化进程提出了如何促进节约集约用地的保障措施。The utilizing actuality and existent problem of construction land in Ping Dingshan City is analyzed based on the requirement of scientific development viewpoint, from the aspect of resolving the bottle - neck of resource and environment. On the basis of constructing the evaluation index system of the intensive use of construction land, the land intensive use level and development current in Ping Dingshan City is evaluated by using the multi- factor comprehensive analysis method, the supporting measures to accelerate the economical and intensive use of land is brought forward combined with the process of urbanization.
