摘　　要：联合国维和行动是联合国维持国际和平与安全的一项重大创新,它不但促进了地区热点问题的解决,而且对构建和谐世界也发挥着重要作用。建设一个持久和平、共同繁荣的和谐世界,符合各国人民的根本利益,多极化、多边主义有利于构建和谐世界。作为实践多边主义的最佳场所,联合国在构建和谐世界中发挥着不可替代的作用,必须维护联合国的权威和继续积极开展联合国维和行动。结构现实主义是当今主流国际关系理论,为分析联合国维和行动提供了一种新的思路,对构建和谐世界也有重要启示。The PKO （The UN Peacekeeping Operations） is a great innovation of the UN maintaining international peace and security, it not only promotes the solving of the hot issues ,but also plays an important role in building a harmonious world. Building a harmonious world with lasting peace and common prosperity serves the fundamental interests of the people around the world and multi - poles and multilateralism are useful for it. Structural - realism is the current mainstream international theory,which provides a new path of analyzing the PKO, and has the great significance of building a harmonious world.
