摘　　要：化学镀能保证弹性体安装面不会因离子同性相斥造成的不平,但其镍磷合金镀层必使焊缝产生微细裂纹,从而造成密封失效故障。鉴此,传统的胶封技术再度受到厂家关注,本文期望从橡胶的一般知识和各学派对粘接机理表述的介绍,阐述本人在实践中发现的若干胶封工艺中细微的但极为重要的工艺技术环节,从而期望有助于厂家提高胶封工艺的密封质量;同时还介绍了国内外均有采用的"固态硫化橡胶制品"用于传感器胶封工艺的成功实例,以开拓厂家胶封技术的思路。Chemistry coating is able to guarantee that elastic solid fitting surface can＇t create uneven because of homogeneity Ions repulses, but nickel phosphorus alloy coating must make welded joint product tiny crack, thus creating breakdown of seal failure. As a result of this reason, the factories pay an attention to traditional clue closure again. From the rubber general knowledge and various studious＇ introduce of the cementation mechanisms. This article anticipates elaborating slight but extremely important craft technology links in several clue closures crafts which are found in practice by myself, and anticipates having advantages to improve seal quality of clue closure craft technologies; Simultaneously this article also introduces a successful example ＂solid state cured rubber product＂ which is used in load cell clue closure craft technologies all over the world, in order to develop the mentality of clue closure technologies.
