扶芳藤组织离体培养的研究

摘　　要：以扶芳藤带芽茎段为外植体,基本培养基为MS,附加不同浓度的6-BA、2,4-D、IBA和NAA。最佳愈伤组织诱导培养基为:MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+2,4-D0.05mg/L;最佳芽诱导培养基为:MS+6-BA1.4mg/L;再生苗增殖的培养基为:MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L。生根采用试管外盆插生根的方法。AbstraCt：The annual shoot of Euonymus fortunei were cultured on MS conlained 6-BA,2,4-D,IBA and NAA at differentlevels. The optimal media of inducing callus was on MS＋6-BA 1.0 mg/L＋2,4-D 0.05 mg/g;The optimal media of inducing buds was on MS＋6-BA 1.4 mg/L,; Best for proliferation of regenerative seeding was on MS＋6-BA 1. 0mg/L＋NAA 0. 1 mg/L. Rootage was pot cuttage out of the test tube.
