摘　　要：网络传播理论为网络时代高校学生教育管理提供了有益的指导。无论是网络传播理论与高校学生教育管理规律,还是网络传播与高校学生教育管理实践,都具有很好的兼容性。网络传播理论为其创新提供了良好的视角和思路。高校学生教育管理创新应当做到充分掌握当代大学生网络思维特点,提升学生教育管理的针对性;在网络化教育环境中,注重学生教育管理情境化;积极合理干预网络传播,强化网络舆论和环境管理;注重网络环境与现实环境的互动,优化学生教育管理资源。Network communication theory provides some advantages for the renovation of the undergraduate management in network times.Network communication theory has the same compatibility with rules of the undergraduate management just as network communication with the practice of the undergraduate management.In order to renovate the undergraduate management,we should understand the characteristics of undergraduates' network thoughts.We should practice situational management based on the Agenda Setting Theory and Watch Man Theory.We should intervene network communication based on Spiral of Silence Theory and Cultivation Theory and realize interaction between network environment and real environment.
