摘　　要：我国体育经纪人及其活动逐步发展,而其法律法规问题亦逐渐凸现,主要存在国家体育经纪人管理法规缺损,各地区体育经纪资格证书的尚未互认,体育经纪人培训考核不够规范等问题,通过对我国体育经纪市场的法规问题分析,试图提出加快行政法规和法律建设,加强行业协会的监督管理,加强经纪理论与实践研究的建议。Our country athletics broker and its activity develops gradually, but its law and laws problem is as well gradual convex now, mainly exist the national athletics broker management laws defection and damage, every area athletics agent qualifications certificate hash＇ t yet recognized with each other, the athletics broker training investigates a pole not norm etc. problem, pass the laws problem of the athletics agent market the analysis is to the our country, trying to put forward to speed the administration laws and law construction, strengthening the profession association of direct management, strengthen the agent theories and practice a research of suggestion.
