摘 要:文章研究了应用积分器系统对软磁合金磁性测量的方法。分析了积分漂移,积分时间常数等主要因素对积分误差的影响,设计出测量精度达到10-9C电量的电子积分器以达到对软磁合金磁性测量的要求。研究了应用0.01H的标准互感对积分系统标定的方法,并完成了软磁合金1J85材料的标准样品进行饱和磁感应强度Bs的测量比对实验,系统测量精度达到1.8%,满足测量要求。The application of integration cell to the magnetic measurement of soft magnetic alloy are investigated. Integration drift parameter and integration time constant as main factors influencing the accuracy of measurements for integration cell are analyzed, The integrator was designed and developed, which can meet the requirent of the magnetic measurement for soft magnetic alloy. The integrator measuring accuracy is about 10^-9C. The application of 0.01 H standard transformer on measuring integrator system are also studied. The measurement test of saturation magnetization on the standard sample of soft magnetic alloy 1J85 was carried out, The system measuring accuracy is about 1.8%, which can reach the requirement of the magnetic measurement of soft magnetic alloy.
