摘　　要：本控制器利用单片机的特性,在刀架与CNC(数控系统)之间架起一座桥梁。对刀架电流进行采集、转换,使刀架能反转夹紧,安全可靠,并带有检测相序、手动/自动切换、显示、报警等功能,且适合不同CNC系统,操作简单,稳定可靠。The intelligent tool turret controller uses the characteristic of the MCU, setting up a bridge between lathe tool turret and CNC （ numerical control system）. It gathers the current of the lathe tool turret then converts it to voltage, in order to make the lathe tool turret clamp while reversing, the system is reliable and safe, with functions of detecting phase sequence, manual-automatically switching, display and warning. The system is simple operating and stability, it also fits for different CNC systems.
