摘　　要：对分子印迹技术的基本原理,分子印迹聚合物的合成方法、机理进行了综述,并且介绍了在制备高效液相色谱整体柱时的具体应用及研究进展。The basic principle, mechanism and synthesis method of molecular imprinting polymers were reviewed in this paper, and its application in the preparation of monolithic columns of high performance liquid chromatography and the developing trend were also presented.
