摘 要:本文采用溴化钾压片法对来自云南、广西、山东和安徽的蔓荆子红外吸收光谱进行了测定,并对其进行了分析对比。根据红外吸收光谱的不同,蔓荆子可以分成为两种类型,其中山东和安徽蔓荆子属于一种类型,云南、广西蔓荆子属于另一种类型。山东、安徽产蔓荆子的红外吸收光谱在2925 cm-1,2850 cm-1和3008 cm-1处具有明显的C-H伸缩振动峰,而云南、广西蔓荆子则没有明显的2850 cm-1和3008 cm-1处C-H伸缩振动峰,不同蔓荆子在1741 cm-1处和1648 cm-1处的峰高也明显不同。利用红外吸收光谱法对于不同产地蔓荆子的鉴定是可行的。The infrared absorption spectrum for coming from Yunnan, Guangxi, Shandong and Anhui Fructus viticis ( Vitextrifolia L. var. simplicifolia Cham. ) were determined by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy. According to the difference of infrared absorption spectrum, Fruetus viticis were divided into two types,in which Shandong and Anhui Fructus viticis were a kind of type, Yunnan and Guangxi Fructus viticis were another kind of type. There were obvious C-H flexible vibration peaks in 2925 cm^-1 ,2850 cm^-1s and 3008 cm^-1s for Shandong and Anhui' s Fructus viticis,and there were no obvious 2850 cm^-1 and 3008 cm^-1 C-H flexible vibration peaks. There were also obvious differences the peak height in 1741 cm^-1 and 1648 cm^-1 for difference Fructus viticis. It is possible to identify Fructus viticis from different places by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy.
