摘　　要：目的:总结和探讨预激综合征导管消融术后有关的特殊心电现象。方法:对36例心电图示预激综合征患者进行导管消融术后的心电图特征和有关的特殊心电现象进行回顾性分析。结果:27例患者进行导管消融术后出现短暂的不完全性右束支阻滞(IRBBB)的心电图表现。结论:预激综合征导管消融术后出现短暂的不完全性右束支阻滞(IRBBB)的心电图表现可能与隐匿性传导形成的蝉联现象有关。Objective：To evaluate the special ECG phenomenon associated with Wolff-Parkinson-White （WPW） syadrome by catheter ahlation. Methods ：To analyze the feature of electrocardiogram of 36 patients with WPW syndrome by catheter ablation. Results：The electrocardiogram in 27 patients represented as temporary incomplete right bundle brunch block （IRBBB） after operation. Conclusion： The temporary IRBBB of 27 patients with WPW syndrome by catheter ablation may be related to the linking phenomenon of concealed conduction.
