摘  要:研究了直接大红染料4BS、弱酸性普拉红2B-E、活性大红K-2BP对胶原蛋白-PVA复合纤维染色性能的影响。结果表明,由于胶原蛋白的存在提高了复合纤维的染色性能。三种染料对复合纤维的上染率分别达到了97.73%(直接大红染料4BS),94.85%(弱酸性染料),80.69%(活性染料),高于对PVA纤维的上染率22.77%(直接染料),15.83%(弱酸性普拉红2B-E),12.67%(活性大红K-2BP),耐皂洗牢度均达到了5级。证明了蛋白质成分的存在可明显改善复合纤维的染色性能。The result of the dyeing to the collagen-PVA composite fiber indicates the dyeability of the direct-red dye 4BS, weak-acid dye 3B-E and reactive-red K-2BP, on the composite fiber are obviously better than the PVA fiber; the rate of dye-uptake reached 97.73% for direct-red dye 4BS, 94. 85% for weak acid dyestuff and 80.69% for reactive dyestuff, but the rate of dye-up- take to PVA fiber is only 22. 77% for direct dyestuff, 15. 83% for direct-red dye 4BS and 12. 67% for reactive-red K-2BP; the fastness to soaping reached 5 grade. It is proved that the protein composition in the composite fiber can obviously improve its dyeability.
