摘　　要：目的对中国科学技术史学科进行评价。方法运用文献计量学和统计学方法。结果运用柯布-道格拉斯函数建立了基于期刊文献的科研单位和机构评价的竞争力度模型,对科技史学科发展现状作了实证研究,给出了该学科强竞争力的科研单位和机构排序。结论该评价体系具有较强的可行性和适用性,对中国科研单位和机构的评价有积极的作用。Aim To explore evaluation of the research units and institutes.Methods Use the methods of metrology and statistics.Results The model of strength number of competition of research units and institutes was built based on periodical literature by using Cobb-Douglas Function,history of sciences and technology was taken as an example,to afford ranks of strength number of competition of the research units and institutes.Conclusion It has preferable applicability and feasibility,and plays an active roles in evaluation of the research units and institutes in the humanities and social disciplines.
