不同频率洪水对社会经济发展的影响研究——以三门峡库区为例

摘　　要：目的研究评价三门峡水库不同频率洪水对陕西渭河库区社会经济发展的影响。方法采用直接损失项目法,即根据经验和实际数据确定洪水淹没的各种地表载物的损失率,估算某种洪水标准时的洪灾损失。结果三门峡水库运行40多年来,由于泥沙淤积问题,库区不同频率洪水给陕西渭河库区的人民生命财产及经济发展造成了巨大损失。结论三门峡水库不同频率洪水对陕西渭河库区社会经济发展具有重要影响,严重阻碍了渭河下游关中平原的社会经济发展。Aim To study and evaluate the impact of different frequency＇s floods on social and economic development of the district of lower Weihe River in Shaanxi province up to the Sanmenxia reservoir. Methods Employ the method of direct loss of items, namely, to exact all kinds of loss percents of everythings on the earth submersed by the flood from experience and practical data, and ultimately evaluate the flooded loss of some flood standard. Results The different frequency＇s floods have brought about an enormous loss of the people＇s life and property and hindered economic development in the district of lower Weihe River in Shaanxi province up to the Sanmenxia reservoir due to sediment aggrading since Sanmenxia reservoir has been opreated for 40 years. Conclusion The different frequency＇s floods have an important effect on the social and economic development of the district of lower Weihe River in Shaanxi province, and seriously impede the social and economic development of Guanzhong Plain on lower Weihe River.
