银杏叶制剂治疗缺血性脑血管病疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察银杏叶制剂治疗缺血性脑血管病的疗效并探讨其作用机制。[方法]将缺血性脑血管病患者92例随机分为对照组和治疗组,用药两周,观察神经功能缺损改善程度及治疗前后血液流变学变化。[结果]与对照组比较,治疗组可以明显改善脑组织缺血缺氧后神经功能的恢复(P<0.01);与治疗前比较,治疗组治疗后血液流变学各项指标明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),且优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]银杏叶制剂可明显促进脑组织缺血缺氧后受损的神经功能的恢复,并能显著改善患者血液流变学各项指标。[Objective] To observe the effect of the Preparation of Ginkgo Biloba in ischemic cerebrovascular disease and discuss its effect mechanism. [Methods] The prospective, randomized controlled study was conducted in 92 selected patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease. They were randomly assigned to the treated group and control group. The course of treatment was two weeks. The improvement of impaired nerve＇s function and the difference of haemodynamic parameter were observed. [Results] After treatment, the impaired nerve＇s function in ischemie cerebrovacular disease recovered significantly in comparison with that in the controlled group（P〈0.01）. The haemodynamic parameter was improved distinctively after treatment（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01） and was also more effective than that in the control group（P〈0.01）. [Conclusions] The Preparation of Ginkgo Biloba can significantly accelerate the recovery of the impaired nerve＇s function in ischemic cerebrovascular disease. It can also improve the haemodynamic parameter distinctively.
